Bradley G.
Marlor MBA, CBI
is Principal Broker and a partner at Utah Business Consultants. Brad
founded Utah Business Consultants in 1989. He is a graduate of four
colleges and universities with degrees in Accounting and Business
Administration. He is a former franchise owner with direct experience in
buying and selling his own businesses. Brad has been published numerous
times in local business periodicals and newspapers, including Utah
Business Magazine, The Enterprise Newspaper, and the Deseret News. He
is a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI), and member of the International
Business Brokers Association. Brad has been a member of the South Jordan
City Council and former chairman of the South Jordan Planning Commission.
He co-founded the South Jordan Chamber of Commerce.

Wayne A. Simpson CPA, CBI is a partner at Utah
Business Consultants. Wayne is a 1973 graduate of the University of Utah,
earning a B.S. degree in Accounting. He was a partner of Simpson & Co.,
CPAs from 1974 to 1999. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs.
In 1997, Wayne earned an Educational Achievement Certificate in Business
Valuation from the AICPA. He is licensed for Real Estate Transactions, and
has been licensed for securities and insurance. Wayne is a member of the
International Business Brokers Association and the M&A Source. He has
achieved the Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) Designation. Wayne is a
frequent speaker at CPA and Financial Planner conferences, discussing
business valuation and succession planning. He has written over two dozen
articles for The Enterprise Newspaper on Merger & Acquisition
Topics. Wayne is a past President of the Salt Lake Exchange Club in Salt
Lake City, Utah.

Kurt J.
Matz is
a 1984 graduate of the University of Utah in Business and Marketing. He has
an extensive background in Commercial Real Estate and Business having spent
10 years in St. Louis, Missouri working as Vice President of Marketing for
one of St. Louis' largest developers. In 1995, Kurt relocated back to Park
City, Utah where he started his own business and sold it in 1998. He has
been with Utah Business Consultants since May of 2000, and has completed
over 100 Business Acquisitions. He is a member of the International
Business Brokers Association.

Kerry Sharp is the lead agent for
the Small Business and Franchise Group. He has over 10 years of experience
owning and operating small businesses. He was involved for more than 15
years managing high technology product development departments. Kerry
earned a B.S. degree in Computer Engineering from Utah State University.

Coury Lloyd
graduated from the University of Utah in 1998 with a degree
in Business Marketing. He has over 8 years experience in the medical device
industry. He also has experience owning and operating a commercial real
estate company for the past 4 years. Coury has transacted deals in the
printing, retail service and the medical products industry.

Darla Hartvigsen
has been with the Utah Business Consultants Team since 2004. She brings an
extensive background in administrative support and information technology.
She worked in the banking industry for many years and held multiple
management positions. Darla also has a degree in business management. Her
job title requires her to wear ‘many’ hats. Her years of office and
financial management are an asset to the UBC office.
